DP World announced it will rebrand its Unifeeder, P&O Maritime Logistics, and P&O Ferrymasters businesses under the DP World name as Shipping Solutions, Multimoddal Solutions and Maritime Solutions, respectively.
The group said the transition will take place across physical and digital customer touchpoints in the coming months, and that the company’s leadership, teams, transport solutions, and infrastructure will remain in place.
Shipping Solutions, formerly Unifeeder, is a European short sea container shipping company with a fleet of 150 vessels of 350 to 8,500 teu, making more than 16,000 port calls per year. The company traces its routes back to 1977 in Denmark and was acquired by DP World in 2018.
Multimodal Solutions, formerly P&O Ferrymasters, is a multimodal logistics company across road, rail, and sea. The company operates 14 inland terminals and oversees more than 100 rail modalities in Europe and the UK, said DP World
