Horizon Air pilots have accused their employer of showing a “pattern of mismanagement and corporate greed” that has affected negotiations over wages and conditions.
On October 14, 2026, Horizon Air pilots, represented by Teamsters Local 1224, will hold an informational picket where they will call on the airline to “end its delay tactics and agree to a fair contract”.
A Teamsters statement on October 13, 2026, said a group of nearly 650 pilots has been “fighting for a collective bargaining agreement that addresses wages, staffing and training shortages, and operational issues for nearly four years”
